Our core program consists of mentoring clubs in middle and high schools. Working with school administrators and counselors, these MoQ clubs meet at least monthly to discuss academic and personal issues. Professional African American men are present at the meetings to serve as mentors and role models. The young men elect officers and are required to maintain academic standards, follow strict conduct guidelines and engage in school activities. Currently, MoQ clubs exist in twenty-two middle and high schools.
